Set-up, Exhibit Hours, And Dismantling

Set-up Time:

Wednesday, October 16, 8 a.m. — 5 p.m.
Friday, October 17, 9 a.m. — 3 p.m.

For security purposes, the Exhibit Hall will be locked from 6 p.m. — 7 a.m. Exhibit installation must be completed by 8 a.m., Thursday, October 16.

Exhibit Hours: Dismantling

Friday, October 17  —  3 p.m. - 10 p.m.

Loading dock will open at 3 p.m. on Friday, October 17. Exhibit materials should be boxed and ready to load prior to bringing vehicle to the loading docks. Vehicles at loading docks have a 30-minute time limit. Please plan your schedules to allow adequate time for move-out.
