All conference participants must make their own lodging reservations directly with the Lodge at Snowbird. (Those who will be raveling longer than two hours to Snowbird may wish to make lodging reservations for Sunday, June 8.) Lodging is covered by your local, so make sure they approve an overnight stay and agree to pay for the room before making your reservation.
Reserve by calling Snowbird Reservations at 933-2222 (Salt Lake area), or 800-453-3000. You can also download the attached [adobe pdf] and fax it to (801) 947-8227, or mail it to: Snowbird Central Reservations Department, 7350 Wasatch Blvd., Salt Lake City, UT 84121-3000.
Note: Room assignments are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Block rooms not reserved by May 14, 2008 will be released to the general public. The room rate will still apply after that date, but you may be in a lodge further from the training facility.
The reserving credit card will be charged for one night when reservations are made (so DO NOT use a debit card). Cancel more than 72 hours before the event for a full credit refund.
