After serving as JEA president, I’ve had the honor of representing Jordan teachers on the UEA Board of Directors since 2005. During my education career, I have been involved in various capacities advocating for the rights and benefits of our teachers. I have dedicated thousands of hours towards improving the professional lives of our educators and gained great satisfaction in doing association work. I have used my experience and insight in my position of serving on the UEA Board. I’d love to continue to work for our teachers to resolve many of the critical issues that confront us like health insurance, retirement benefits, compensation, working conditions and improving the public perception of us as professionals in the community and the political arena. I feel that my dedicated service, enthusiasm and vast experience help make me a valuable asset on the UEA Board. Please give me the opportunity to further serve our great teachers.
