As a student assistant, you are acting as an agent of the school. This means that you are given the ability to see, hear, or read information about other students that is private. State and Federal laws and District policy all require that you keep any information you learn about other students during your job as a student assistant private. You must never share private information with others. If you do so, you may lose your privilege to be a student assistant.
